Description
Design, conduct, and report evaluations of programs and policies to determine effectiveness, efficiency, and equity. Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, assess implementation and outcomes, and provide evidence-based recommendations to improve programs and inform decision-making.

- • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, subject-matter experts, and community partners.
- • Advise administrators and policymakers on the implications of evaluation findings for policy and practice.
- • Manage evaluation work plans, timelines, budgets, and required approvals (e.g., IRB).
- • Supervise or coordinate the work of analysts, data managers, or vendors supporting evaluations.
- • Write proposals or evaluation sections for grants and contracts to secure project resources.
