Provide professional face and body hair removal using hard and soft wax, including brow shaping and bikini/Brazilian services; conduct skin assessments, uphold strict sanitation, and guide clients on pre- and post-wax care.
  • • Sanitize tools, wax warmers, and treatment areas.
  • • Keep detailed records of client profiles, allergies, and services.
  • • Conduct consultations; assess skin, hair growth, and contraindications.
  • • Perform patch tests when sensitivity is suspected.
  • • Cleanse and prep skin; apply pre-wax cleanser and protective barrier.
  • • Select appropriate hard or soft wax, strips, and applicators.
  • • Remove facial and body hair by applying and removing wax safely.
  • • Shape eyebrows with mapping, waxing, trimming, and tweezing.
  • • Perform underarm, leg, arm, chest, back, and bikini/Brazilian waxing with proper draping.
  • • Tweeze remaining hairs for precision finishes.
  • • Apply soothing post-wax products to calm skin and reduce redness.
  • • Educate clients on pre- and post-wax care, exfoliation, and ingrown prevention.
  • • Recommend and sell appropriate aftercare retail products.
  • • Refer clients to medical professionals for suspected infections or serious skin issues.
  • • Maintain wax temperature and prevent cross-contamination (no double-dipping, use PPE).
  • • Manage appointment flow and timing for efficient, comfortable services.
  • • Track inventory and reorder wax and disposables.
  • • Stay current on waxing techniques, products, safety, and regulations.
