Description
Analyze and evaluate programs to improve performance, cost-effectiveness, and compliance; design and refine processes, metrics, and reporting; conduct studies and cost-benefit analyses; and support implementation through documentation, training, and stakeholder coordination.
  • • Gather and organize program data, requirements, and stakeholder input.
  • • Analyze performance and cost data to develop solutions and alternatives.
  • • Partner with program staff to implement changes and monitor results.
  • • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track outcomes and compliance.
  • • Review policies, workflows, records, and forms to identify gaps and improvements.
  • • Conduct interviews, site visits, and process mapping to assess operations.
  • • Document findings and prepare recommendations and implementation plans.
  • • Create SOPs, manuals, and training materials; train users on new processes or tools.
  • • Design and refine program forms, templates, and reporting formats.
  • • Plan and lead studies on program effectiveness, resource use, and cost-benefit.
  • • Support budget analysis and procurement recommendations aligned with program goals.
