Description
Analyze and improve human resources policies, processes, and systems to help organizations operate more efficiently and compliantly. Conduct workforce analytics, design HR procedures and metrics, streamline HR operations, and produce policies, dashboards, and manuals to guide HR and management decisions.
  • • Collect and organize HR data on policies, processes, and workforce metrics.
  • • Analyze HR data to diagnose issues and recommend process, policy, or system changes.
  • • Partner with HR and business leaders to implement and monitor new procedures or systems.
  • • Establish employee records management practices that ensure accuracy, privacy, and compliance.
  • • Review HR forms, workflows, and reports (onboarding, performance, payroll) to identify improvements.
  • • Interview stakeholders and observe HR workflows to document roles, handoffs, and tools.
  • • Document findings and develop business cases, dashboards, and recommendations.
  • • Create SOPs and training to adopt new HR policies, HRIS features, and reports.
  • • Design and refine HR forms, dashboards, and KPIs; validate changes with stakeholders.
  • • Conduct studies on workforce planning, recruiting funnels, time-to-fill, turnover, engagement, and cost.
  • • Assess and recommend HR technology (HRIS, ATS, analytics) and data governance to improve efficiency and security.
