Description
Support recreation programs and facilities by assisting participants, monitoring activity areas, enforcing safety rules, and providing basic customer service and first aid.
- • Monitor activity rooms, gyms, pools, and outdoor spaces to ensure safe use and rule compliance.
- • Provide basic first aid and CPR within training and escalate emergencies as needed.
- • Contact emergency medical services in case of serious injury.
- • Respond to minor incidents and customer concerns.
- • Assist with instruction and lead simple activities; provide safety information.
- • Inform participants of hazards, inclement weather, and policy violations.
- • Maintain attendance logs, incident reports, and daily activity summaries.
- • Check out, set up, and demonstrate safe use of recreational equipment and supplies.
- • Inspect equipment and facilities for damage or hazards; report or remove items from service.
- • Maintain cleanliness and order of facilities, activity areas, and grounds.

- • Support lifeguards, instructors, and supervisors during programs and events.
- • Assist with participant registration, check-in, and orientations.
- • Perform basic facility checks (e.g., pool deck, gyms, fields) and report maintenance or water quality issues.
