Description
Monitor pool and deck areas to assist guests, enforce rules, and maintain a safe, clean environment.
- • Monitor pool deck and water to enforce rules and identify hazards.
- • Alert lifeguards and contact emergency services for serious injuries or incidents.
- • Provide basic first aid or CPR within training until help arrives.
- • Set up, arrange, and sanitize lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas.
- • Distribute towels and maintain inventory of towels and guest supplies.
- • Test and log pool water chemical levels; report imbalances to maintenance.
- • Inspect pool area, safety equipment, and signage; report hazards or damage.
- • Maintain cleanliness of pool deck, restrooms, cabanas, and surrounding areas.
- • Control access, check guest credentials, and monitor capacity limits.
- • Inform guests of pool hours, policies, and safety precautions.
- • Clear pool and deck for inclement weather, contamination, or unsafe conditions.
- • Complete daily checklists, incident reports, and maintenance requests.
- • Assist with opening and closing procedures and equipment checks.
- • Coordinate with lifeguards, security, and housekeeping to resolve issues.
- • Support pool events by setting up, monitoring, and breaking down equipment.
