Description
Inspect and document the condition of automobiles and other vehicles to estimate reconditioning and repair costs for resale, lease-end, fleet, or trade-in decisions. Prepare detailed condition reports, cost estimates, and recommendations using standard labor and parts guides. Coordinate with repair facilities or vendors to align on scope and cost of reconditioning.
- • Inspect exterior, structural, mechanical, electrical, and interior components to identify damage, wear, and missing equipment.
- • Estimate parts and labor for reconditioning and repairs using standard cost guides and repair knowledge.
- • Produce condition reports with photos, VIN and mileage verification, and graded assessments.
