Description
Plan, initiate, and manage technical projects across software, infrastructure, or data platforms. Lead cross-functional engineering teams and coordinate with product and business stakeholders. Translate requirements into technical plans, define milestones, and assess technical and business impacts. Track scope, schedule, quality, and budget to ensure delivery meets standards and targets.
  • • Perform technical risk assessments and define mitigation and contingency plans.
  • • Submit and validate technical deliverables against quality and acceptance criteria.
  • • Monitor engineering team performance and provide documented feedback.
  • • Collaborate with developers, QA, and ops to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • • Gather and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements through discovery.
  • • Schedule and run stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, and project meetings.
  • • Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables in project tools.
  • • Negotiate with stakeholders and suppliers for resources, licenses, or services.
  • • Initiate, review, and approve changes to scope, schedule, or architecture.
  • • Evaluate and select vendors, tools, or consultants to meet technical needs.
  • • Create and maintain a project communication and reporting plan.
  • • Identify and secure required staffing, tools, and environments.
  • • Direct and coordinate activities of engineering and cross-functional teams.
  • • Develop implementation plans including cost-benefit and ROI analyses.
  • • Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, or allocation of project personnel.
  • • Create and manage project budgets for software and infrastructure work.
  • • Define roles, responsibilities, and ownership across the team.
  • • Prepare status reports with metrics on scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
  • • Manage execution to deliver within scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • • Build and maintain project plans, WBS, and technical specifications.
