Description
Lead cabin operations and crew to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and premium service. Coordinate safety briefings, oversee food and beverage service, manage cabin documentation and cash, liaise with the flight deck, and direct responses to medical or security emergencies.
  • • Lead and direct passengers and crew during emergencies, including evacuations.
  • • Deliver or coordinate safety demonstrations and announcements.
  • • Conduct cabin compliance checks before takeoff and landing.
  • • Verify and document readiness of first aid kits and emergency equipment.
  • • Provide or coordinate first aid and medical incident response.
  • • Lead preflight crew briefings on safety, service, routes, and special passengers.
  • • Oversee preparation of cabin and passengers for takeoff and landing.
  • • Review manifests and special service requests and arrange required assistance.
  • • Ensure catering, amenities, and emergency supplies are onboard and adequate.
  • • Liaise with the flight deck and ground staff on cabin status and issues.
  • • Reassure customers and manage communications during turbulence or irregular operations.
  • • Make operational announcements, including delays, connections, and descent information.
  • • Oversee boarding, greet customers, and manage seating and service priorities.
  • • Supervise and assist with passenger embarkation and disembarkation.
  • • Inspect cabin cleanliness and functionality and coordinate corrective actions.
  • • Conduct walkthroughs to monitor comfort and direct distribution of amenities.
  • • Manage inventory of sales items and equipment and reconcile cash and sales.
  • • Operate or supervise public address and inflight entertainment systems.
  • • Assist with stowage of carry-on baggage and enforce carry-on policies.
  • • Complete flight paperwork, reports, and incident logs, including equipment status and customer issues.
  • • Oversee onboard sales and handle payments in accordance with policy.
  • • Supervise heating, plating, and service of meals and beverages, emphasizing premium cabins.
  • • Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and control alcoholic beverage service.
  • • Monitor passenger behavior, de-escalate conflicts, and coordinate security responses.
  • • Coach and mentor cabin crew and ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
