Description
Supervise daily restaurant operations by coordinating front- and back-of-house teams that prepare and serve food and beverages, ensuring quality, safety, and exceptional guest service.
- • Assign sections, sidework, and stations based on business needs.
- • Estimate daily prep and par levels with the kitchen team.
- • Reduce waste and shrink by enforcing controls and procedures.
- • Ensure portioning, ticket timing, and station setups meet standards.
- • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance service and safety.
- • Assist host team with greeting, seating, and menu presentation during peak periods.
