Description
Direct daily operations of a fast food restaurant, leading crew and shift leaders to deliver fast, safe service, quality food, and strong financial results.
- • Balance cash drawers and safe, and prepare daily bank deposits.
- • Resolve guest complaints across counter, dining room, and drive-thru.
- • Train and certify crew on station procedures, food safety, sanitation, and service.
