Direct daily operations of a fast food restaurant, leading crew and shift leaders to deliver fast, safe service, quality food, and strong financial results.
  • • Balance cash drawers and safe, and prepare daily bank deposits.
  • • Resolve guest complaints across counter, dining room, and drive-thru.
  • • Train and certify crew on station procedures, food safety, sanitation, and service.
  • • Inspect food prep lines, equipment, and dining areas for cleanliness and standards.
  • • Monitor inventory of food, packaging, and smallwares; track waste and report shortages.
  • • Assign crew to stations and shifts based on sales forecasts and workflow.
  • • Forecast prep levels and batch quantities to meet demand and minimize waste.
  • • Investigate cash variances, theft, and product loss, and implement controls.

  • • Manage third-party delivery and mobile orders to meet quality and timing standards.
  • • Manage food and labor costs to budget; execute promotions to drive sales.
  • • Schedule preventative maintenance and arrange equipment repairs.
  • • Roll out new menu items and LTOs; train crews and verify execution.
  • • Handle cash controls, deposit preparation, and review daily sales reports.
  • • Supervise and participate in opening, closing, and cleaning routines.
  • • Observe and evaluate crew performance; document coaching and discipline.
  • • Hire, onboard, and train employees; approve timecards and payroll.
  • • Work food prep or service stations during peak periods as needed.
  • • Maintain required logs and reports, including temperature, waste, and labor.
  • • Lead pre-shift huddles; communicate safety, quality, and promotional updates.
  • • Ensure compliance with health codes, HACCP, and brand standards.
