Description
Sort, grade, clean, and pack fresh vegetables by hand or on packing lines. Inspect produce for quality and size; trim as needed; weigh, label, and palletize finished cases. Maintain cold chain, follow food-safety and sanitation standards, keep records, and use knives, conveyors, scales, labelers, and pallet jacks; may assist with loading and basic equipment upkeep.
