Description
Coordinate and manage environmental permitting and compliance for projects, ensuring applications, studies, and documentation meet federal, state, and local requirements. Compile and analyze environmental data, prepare technical submittals, liaise with agencies and stakeholders, and recommend mitigation and monitoring to minimize environmental and public health impacts.

- • Conduct audits or inspections for compliance with permit conditions and investigate potential violations.
- • Recommend corrective actions and support development and prosecution of regulatory cases when needed.
- • Draft technical portions of legal documents, administrative orders, or consent decrees related to permitting.
- • Monitor environmental impacts of development activities and recommend prevention or control measures.
- • Provide technical guidance to internal teams and clients on permitting strategy and compliance.
- • Train staff or contractors on permit requirements, procedures, and documentation standards.
