Guide children's academic, practical life, and social development using Montessori methods in a prepared, mixed-age classroom that fosters independence, curiosity, and community.
  • • Prepare and maintain a child-centered Montessori environment and materials.
  • • Present Montessori lessons individually and in small groups using the three-period lesson.
  • • Observe students daily and document readiness, interests, and mastery.
