  • • Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures.
  • • Observe and assess students' academic performance, behavior, social development, and health.
  • • Prepare materials and set up the classroom for activities.
  • • Differentiate instruction and materials to meet diverse needs and interests.
  • • Plan balanced lessons with instruction, demonstration, and guided/independent work.
