Description
Lead daily operations of a preschool or childcare site, overseeing staff, programs, safety, compliance, budgeting, facilities, and family engagement, including before- and after-school care.
- • Partner with families and staff to address policies and child developmental or behavioral concerns.
- • Maintain site attendance, incident, licensing, financial, and personnel records; submit required reports.
- • Implement educational standards and site policies; set goals and ensure procedures are followed.
- • Monitor child progress and coach teachers to resolve classroom or individual challenges.
- • Manage the site budget, allocate resources, and authorize purchases of supplies and equipment.

- • Build community partnerships and liaise with schools, agencies, and vendors.
- • Coordinate specialists, therapists, volunteers, and service providers to support programs.
