Description
Design and produce original and commissioned hand-lettered pieces for sale and exhibition using traditional and digital calligraphy techniques, tools, and materials.
- • Create decorative and functional hand-lettered works using pens, brushes, and inks.
- • Prepare and process materials, trimming paper, mixing inks, and setting guidelines.
- • Select papers, inks, nibs, and finishes based on color, texture, weight, and project needs.
- • Apply finishes such as gilding, illumination, sealing, mounting, or framing.
