Description
Serve residents and guests in a residential building by providing personal assistance, access control, and amenity coordination. Take messages; arrange transportation, local services, and dining; manage packages and deliveries; and log and follow up on maintenance and housekeeping requests.
- • Greet residents and manage access for visitors, vendors, and deliveries.
- • Provide information on neighborhood dining, shopping, and services.
- • Receive, log, store, and deliver packages, mail, and groceries.
