Description
Lead and participate in the preparation, baking, and finishing of pastries, desserts, breads, and confections. Plan and price dessert menus, develop recipes, order pastry supplies, maintain inventory and records, and ensure quality, presentation, and sanitation standards while supervising the pastry team.
