Description
Direct and manage back-of-house operations to ensure consistent food quality, safety, and timely service. Supervise and schedule staff; oversee ordering, receiving, inventory, and cost controls; maintain sanitation compliance and equipment; coordinate menu execution with culinary leadership; keep records and reports; and assist with prep or cooking as needed.
