Compete in cycling races, using structured training and race strategies to achieve peak performance under governing body rules.
- • Attend scheduled training rides and team sessions.
- • Compete in sanctioned cycling races in accordance with governing body rules and race regulations.
- • Train under coaches and sport directors with structured plans to build fitness and race readiness.
- • Maintain and prepare bicycles and gear for safety, fit, and performance.
- • Maintain peak condition through training, recovery, nutrition, and health consultations.
