Compete in sanctioned boxing matches, training to refine skills and conditioning.
  • • Attend boxing training sessions, including pad work, bag work, sparring, and roadwork.
  • • Compete in sanctioned boxing matches under athletic commission and sanctioning body rules.
  • • Train under coaches and cornermen to refine technique, conditioning, and fight strategy.
  • • Maintain and sanitize gloves, wraps, mouthguard, headgear, and footwear.
  • • Maintain peak physical condition through strength, cardio, mobility, nutrition, hydration, and recovery.
  • • Manage weight to meet division limits; complete medicals and weigh-ins safely.
  • • Study opponents and review sparring and fight footage to evaluate performance and adjust game plans.
  • • Collaborate with trainers, cutmen, managers, and promoters to schedule camps and bouts; fulfill media and promotional obligations.
  • • Receive tactical instructions before and between rounds; debrief with the team after fights.
