Description
Train and compete in individual or team sports at amateur or professional levels, demonstrating skill, fitness, and sportsmanship.
  • • Attend scheduled practices and training sessions.
  • • Compete in events in accordance with sport rules and regulations.
  • • Practice under coaches and athletic trainers to build skills and conditioning.
  • • Inspect and maintain personal sport equipment.
  • • Maintain peak fitness through training, nutrition, rest, and health consultations.
  • • Review performances to identify strengths, weaknesses, and adjustments.
  • • Represent the team or sponsors in media, community, and promotional events.
  • • Provide leadership as a captain or veteran teammate when needed.
  • • Receive and apply coaching instructions and participate in post-event debriefs.
