Description
Lead the creative vision and strategy across brands and campaigns in print, digital, video, and experiential media. Direct multidisciplinary teams and partners to deliver business results, ensure brand consistency, and elevate creative quality from concept through production.
  • • Define the creative vision, brand standards, and multi-channel design systems, including tone, typography, imagery, motion, and sound.
  • • Review and approve concepts, copy, storyboards, and final assets across print, digital, video, and experiential.
  • • Oversee a portfolio of accounts and projects, allocating resources and managing budgets and schedules.
  • • Partner with marketing, product, and production leaders to translate business goals into creative strategies.
  • • Pitch concepts and present creative to clients, executives, and stakeholders for alignment and approval.
  • • Lead discovery to define objectives, audience, messaging, scope, budgets, and success metrics.
  • • Recruit, mentor, and manage art, copy, design, and production teams and external partners.
  • • Collaborate with executive creative leadership and strategy to develop breakthrough campaign platforms.
  • • Ensure creative work meets brand, accessibility, legal, and quality standards.
  • • Oversee key productions, including photo and video shoots, edits, and post, to protect the creative vision.
  • • Commission and direct illustrators, photographers, animators, and other creators as needed.
  • • Establish and optimize creative workflows, review processes, templates, and asset libraries.
  • • Negotiate scopes, schedules, and costs with agencies, freelancers, and production vendors.
  • • Guide UX/UI creative for websites, apps, and digital experiences in partnership with product teams.
  • • Oversee scripts and storyboards for broadcast, video, and social content.
  • • Drive innovation by tracking trends and audience insights and piloting new tools, channels, and formats.
