Description
Design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications spanning responsive front ends, APIs, services, and databases. Ensure clean, standards-compliant code across client and server that works across browsers, devices, and environments. Optimize performance, scalability, reliability, and security. Develop and integrate application infrastructure, automate deployments, and connect systems and third-party services.
  • • Design, build, and maintain responsive front-end interfaces and reusable components.
  • • Develop RESTful/GraphQL APIs and backend services.
  • • Model, implement, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
  • • Implement authentication, authorization, and session management.
  • • Write clean, testable, standards-compliant code across the stack.
  • • Review code and enforce coding and security standards.
  • • Create unit, integration, and end-to-end automated tests.
  • • Diagnose and resolve defects and production incidents.
  • • Plan and execute application updates, migrations, and rollbacks.
  • • Analyze user and business needs to define technical requirements.
  • • Select appropriate languages, frameworks, and tools.
  • • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deploy.
  • • Containerize services and manage runtime environments.
  • • Configure and maintain HTTP servers, reverse proxies, and load balancers.
  • • Implement caching, CDN, and performance optimization strategies.
  • • Monitor logs, metrics, and tracing; tune for scalability and reliability.
  • • Design and document API contracts, data models, and schemas.
  • • Create prototypes and proofs of concept to validate solutions.
  • • Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders to prioritize work.
  • • Integrate third-party services, SDKs, and payment providers.
  • • Apply secure coding practices and remediate vulnerabilities.
  • • Manage secrets, environment configuration, and feature flags.
  • • Ensure accessibility, privacy, and compliance requirements are met.
  • • Research, evaluate, and recommend architectural patterns and technologies.
  • • Coordinate with DevOps/SRE and hosting providers on infrastructure issues.
  • • Set up and manage domains, DNS, SSL/TLS, and certificates when needed.
  • • Perform load, regression, and cross-browser/device testing.
  • • Maintain backups and recovery procedures for databases and assets.
  • • Document test plans, procedures, results, and operational runbooks.
  • • Provide detailed technical specifications, estimates, and deployment plans.
