Description
Write and edit compliant, persuasive proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and related bid materials. May assist with layout, graphics, and final submission.
- • Organize proposal content and complete writing assignments to meet compliance, clarity, and style standards.
- • Maintain version-controlled proposal files, compliance matrices, and revision histories.
- • Edit and integrate SME and partner inputs, standardizing voice, terminology, and messaging.
- • Collaborate with capture, sales, SMEs, and partners to define win themes, solution details, and proposal strategy.
- • Review RFPs/RFIs and prior submissions; recommend structure, format, and reuse approach.
- • Select or commission graphics, tables, and diagrams to illustrate solutions, schedules, and benefits.
- • Analyze RFP requirements, SOWs, and technical artifacts to craft accurate, compliant responses.
- • Interview subject-matter experts and research offerings and competitors to articulate capabilities and differentiators.
- • Attend solution walkthroughs, demos, and planning sessions to capture processes, metrics, and proof points.
- • Coordinate production, packaging, and delivery for electronic or hard-copy submissions per instructions.
- • Assist with page layout, templates, numbering, and formatting for a professional presentation.
- • Track industry updates and RFP amendments; adjust content and schedules to maintain compliance.
- • Gather and tailor past performance, case studies, resumes, and certifications to customer needs.
- • Create section outlines, storyboards, and writing plans for contributors and reviewers.
- • Develop and maintain a reusable content library, templates, style guides, and boilerplate.
