Address campus energy use and efficiency, managing utility data, building performance, demand response, renewable integration, and strategic energy procurement.
- • Review and update campus energy policies, design standards, and operating procedures.
- • Research codes, utility tariffs, technologies, and incentives impacting campus energy.
- • Investigate and resolve metering, billing, or building operations issues affecting energy performance.
- • Define and maintain energy KPIs (e.g., EUI, peak demand, GHG emissions, renewable output).
- • Prepare rebate, incentive, and grant applications for efficiency and renewable projects.
- • Provide technical support for energy conservation measures, retro-commissioning, and BAS scheduling.
- • Coordinate procurement of energy-efficient equipment, services, and analytics tools.
- • Develop and maintain campus energy management and decarbonization plans.
