Description
Advise corporations, governments, and financial sponsors on raising capital and strategic transactions, including underwriting debt and equity and mergers and acquisitions. Structure, price, and execute financings and deals, perform analysis and due diligence, and manage client relationships from pitch to closing.

- • Collaborate with risk, credit, and operations on onboarding and settlement.
- • Respond to RFPs and create client-specific pitches.

- • Manage data rooms and information flow among stakeholders.
- • Perform KYC and AML procedures for new and existing clients.
