Description
Plan, manage, and perform residential and commercial roofing projects, installing and repairing roof systems using shingles, slate, asphalt, metal, wood, or related materials. Coordinate crews, permits, and procurement; apply coatings and waterproofing to bind, seal, insulate, or soundproof building envelopes while ensuring safety and code compliance.

- • Develop repair or replacement plans based on findings and codes.
- • Prepare estimates, bids, and contracts for roofing work.
