Description
Inspect structures for termite activity and damage, then apply termiticides, install and monitor bait systems, or perform fumigation to eliminate infestations and protect buildings and surrounding soil.
  • • Document inspections, treatments, chemical usage, and service outcomes.
  • • Inspect crawlspaces, foundations, and structural voids to locate termite activity, entry points, moisture sources, and extent of damage.
  • • Apply liquid termiticides, foams, or dusts to soil, wall voids, and wood members per label directions.
  • • Clean and restore work areas, patch drill holes, and remove debris.
  • • Assist or lead crew members during trenching, drilling, injection, or tenting operations.
  • • Drive service vehicle with power spray rigs and maintain equipment.
  • • Post notices, secure structures, and monitor aeration timelines during termite fumigations.
  • • Trench, rod, or drill through slabs and foundations, then inject termiticide to create a continuous soil barrier.
  • • Review diagrams, graphs, or WDI/WDO reports and select appropriate treatment plans.
  • • Install, map, and service in-ground and above-ground termite bait stations.
  • • Clear vegetation, soil obstructions, or debris to access treatment zones around foundations.
  • • Educate clients on findings, treatment options, warranties, and moisture or wood-to-soil prevention.
  • • Measure linear footage and treatment volume, calculate chemical or fumigant needs, and prepare estimates.
