- • Consult with families to plan funeral, memorial, burial, or cremation arrangements.
- • Explain service options, merchandise, pricing, and packages.
- • Draft and place obituaries and service notices.
- • Obtain and file death certificates, burial or cremation permits, and other documents.
- • Coordinate removal and transportation of remains and attendees.
- • Arrange or supervise embalming and preparation of remains.
- • Schedule cemeteries and crematories, including grave openings and closings.
