Description
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate funeral, memorial, and cremation services by guiding families through arrangements, completing required documentation, scheduling venues and clergy, organizing logistics and merchandise selections, and coordinating transportation for remains and attendees.
- • Consult with families to arrange service details, including obituaries, merchandise selection, and service plans.
- • Gather and submit information for death certificates, permits, and authorizations.
- • Coordinate preparation and care of remains with embalmers, crematories, and transfer services.
- • Schedule cemetery interments and coordinate grave openings and closings.
- • Present service options, packages, and merchandise; maintain casket and urn displays.
- • Provide compassionate guidance and support to bereaved families.
- • Coordinate casket closing, visitation, and procession details with staff.
- • Arrange clergy or celebrants and coordinate religious or cultural rites.
- • Arrange transportation for remains, family, pallbearers, clergy, and floral deliveries.
