Lead end-to-end planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and special events, managing teams, vendors, budgets, timelines, and client expectations to deliver on objectives.
  • • Consult with clients to define event objectives, scope, and requirements.
  • • Develop event strategies, programs, budgets, agendas, and timelines.
  • • Source and negotiate venues, hotels, and key service providers.
  • • Coordinate vendors for catering, AV, decor, signage, printing, and security.
  • • Arrange participant accommodations, transportation, and accessibility needs.
  • • Conduct post-event evaluations, reports, and debriefs.
  • • Monitor industry trends and maintain vendor relationships.
  • • Promote event services to associations and prospects.
  • • Oversee administrative workflows and response to inquiries.
  • • Manage contracts, permits, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
  • • Conduct site visits and verify facilities meet specifications.
  • • Plan and oversee registration, ticketing, and attendee services.
  • • Hire, train, and lead staff, volunteers, and onsite crews.
  • • Supervise builds, rehearsals, and live operations; resolve issues.
  • • Manage budgets, POs, and invoices; review and approve bills.
  • • Maintain comprehensive event and financial records.
  • • Execute event marketing, communications, and sponsorship plans.
  • • Curate content; secure speakers; produce run of show.
  • • Meet with clients, sponsors, and committees to report progress.
  • • Select and implement tech for registration, mobile apps, and AV.
  • • Develop contingency plans and manage risk, health, and safety.
