Description
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and special events, managing teams, vendors, budgets, timelines, and client expectations to deliver on objectives.
- • Consult with clients to define event objectives, scope, and requirements.
- • Develop event strategies, programs, budgets, agendas, and timelines.
- • Source and negotiate venues, hotels, and key service providers.
- • Coordinate vendors for catering, AV, decor, signage, printing, and security.
