Description
Analyze inventory levels, demand, and stock flows to optimize availability, cost, and accuracy. Develop forecasts and stocking policies, maintain ERP/WMS data integrity, and coordinate replenishment, cycle counts, and KPI reporting.
- • Perform data mining and modeling to forecast demand and simulate scenarios.
- • Monitor multi-site inventory balances and in-transit stock using system dashboards.
- • Identify opportunities to reduce inventory without impacting service levels.

- • Apply analytic tools (ABC/XYZ, EOQ, safety stock) to optimize inventory.
- • Rebalance inventory across locations to meet demand and lower transfer costs.
- • Adjust forecasts and reorder parameters in real time based on demand signals.
- • Manage disposition plans for excess, slow-moving, or obsolete inventory.
- • Evaluate storage and packaging requirements to protect product and space.
- • Support S&OP and MRP processes with accurate data and insights.
