Description
Plan, direct, and coordinate talent acquisition strategies and recruiting operations to meet organizational hiring goals.
- • Oversee full-cycle recruiting operations from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- • Identify hiring needs and recruit, interview, and select qualified candidates.
- • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and annual hiring plans.
- • Partner with leaders and Finance on headcount planning and hiring forecasts.
- • Allocate recruiting resources and prioritize critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- • Lead, coach, and develop the recruiting team and sourcers.
- • Train hiring managers on structured interviewing and fair selection practices.
- • Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and applicable hiring laws and regulations.
- • Maintain ATS and CRM data integrity and reporting standards.
- • Produce recruiting dashboards and metrics, including time-to-fill and diversity.
- • Analyze funnel data to diagnose drop-off and improve conversion rates.
- • Build and nurture talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and networking.
- • Manage employer branding, career site content, and social recruiting campaigns.
- • Implement and evaluate candidate assessments for validity and fairness.
- • Partner with Compensation to craft competitive, equitable offers.
- • Negotiate offers, start dates, and relocation or sign-on packages.
- • Coordinate background checks and pre-employment screenings.
- • Manage relationships with external agencies, job boards, and sourcing vendors.
- • Standardize and document recruiting policies, workflows, and interview guides.
- • Drive diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive job descriptions.
- • Ensure an excellent candidate experience and run candidate feedback surveys.
- • Coordinate handoff to HR and onboarding teams for smooth new-hire starts.
- • Plan and manage the recruiting budget, advertising spend, and agency fees.
- • Represent talent acquisition in audits and respond to compliance inquiries.
- • Collaborate on job design, leveling, and requisition creation.
- • Track market and compensation trends to advise on sourcing strategies.
