Description
Plan, direct, and coordinate funeral home sales operations. Lead preneed and at-need selling, set pricing and promotions for services and merchandise, manage sales staff and pipelines, ensure regulatory compliance, and align with operations to deliver arrangements.

- • Ensure marketing materials, online listings, and merchandising are current and on-brand.
- • Evaluate and manage vendors such as preneed insurers, lead sources, and marketing agencies.
- • Maintain required contracts, disclosures, and records for audits and compliance.
- • Monitor adherence to policies, regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
