Supervise daily operations of table games on the casino floor, directing and coaching dealers to deliver efficient, compliant, and guest-focused play. Monitor game integrity, ensure adherence to house rules and gaming regulations, and resolve disputes and payouts. Manage table limits, staffing rotations, fills/credits, player ratings, and comps, and coordinate opening/closing of games and pit paperwork.
