Directly supervise slot floor operations and staff to ensure safe, compliant, and profitable play. Circulate the slot area to oversee guest service, coverage, machine uptime, jackpots, and payouts. Authorize hand pays and fills, reset machines, and coordinate repairs while managing performance, documentation, and staff schedules and training.
- • Monitor slot floor operations for compliance with house rules and all gaming regulations and to ensure prompt, courteous service.
- • Respond to and resolve slot patron complaints and disputes.
- • Observe slot areas for cheating or machine tampering and notify surveillance or security.
- • Perform minor slot repairs and adjustments, clearing tilts and bill validator or printer jams.
- • Authorize and monitor payment of jackpots and hand pays for accuracy and timeliness.
