Oversee daily casino floor operations, supervising dealers and attendants to ensure compliant, secure, and courteous gaming. Circulate among table games and slots to monitor play and staffing, verify jackpots and payouts, and protect game integrity. Coordinate machine resets and repairs, resolve guest issues, and support player services and promotions.
  • • Monitor casino floor operations for compliance with house rules and gaming regulations.
  • • Respond to and resolve patron complaints.
  • • Observe patrons for cheating or machine tampering and notify security of suspicions.
  • • Perform minor slot resets and clear jams; escalate repairs to technicians.
  • • Oversee and verify hand-paid jackpots, fills, and credits.
  • • Greet guests and solicit feedback on service quality.
  • • Complete and audit paperwork for payouts, fills, credits, and transactions.
  • • Explain game rules, betting limits, and house policies to patrons.
  • • Maintain expert knowledge of games and common cheating methods.

  • • Authorize and verify large payouts; track and reconcile transactions.
  • • Monitor slot equipment status; coordinate hopper or bill stacker fills and TITO issues.
  • • Determine table openings and schedule staff based on demand.
  • • Oversee preparation of table game and slot shift summaries and win/loss reports.
  • • Authorize and supervise complimentary offers within approval limits.
  • • Review floor reports, drops, and reconciliations for accuracy.
  • • Implement and enforce policies on games offered, limits, and credit in line with regulations.
