Description
Supervise daily operations of table games on the casino floor, directing and coaching dealers to deliver efficient, compliant, and guest-focused play. Monitor game integrity, ensure adherence to house rules and gaming regulations, and resolve disputes and payouts. Manage table limits, staffing rotations, fills/credits, player ratings, and comps, and coordinate opening/closing of games and pit paperwork.
- • Monitor table games to ensure compliance with house rules and tribal, state, and federal regulations, and uphold prompt, courteous service.
- • Respond to and resolve patron disputes and complaints at table games.
- • Observe players and dealers for cheating, advantage play, or procedural violations; notify surveillance and security as needed.
- • Verify accuracy and timeliness of large table payouts and color-ups.
- • Complete and authorize pit paperwork for fills, credits, markers, ratings, and adjustments.
- • Explain and interpret table game rules, procedures, and betting limits to patrons.
- • Maintain expert knowledge of table games and common cheating methods.
- • Establish and adjust table limits and bank inventories in line with demand and policy.
- • Open, close, and post table signage for games, limits, and side bets.
- • Enforce safety and responsible gaming policies; remove or report underage, intoxicated, disruptive, or cheating guests.
