Description
Design, price, and implement customized structured products and derivative solutions for clients and trading desks, optimizing risk-return with quantitative models. Develop, validate, and maintain analytics and documentation for structured notes, exotics, and securitizations, coordinating with sales, trading, legal, and technology to ensure manufacturability, compliance, and performance.
- • Structure bespoke derivatives, notes, and financing solutions to meet client objectives.
- • Build and calibrate pricing models for exotic and structured payoffs.
- • Produce term sheets, payoff diagrams, and trade documentation.
- • Collaborate with traders to design hedges and ensure manufacturability and P&L robustness.
- • Partner with sales to translate client needs into product features and constraints.
- • Provide valuation, P&L, and risk analytics to sales and trading.

- • Consult with operations and technology on booking, lifecycle, and settlement.
- • Develop portfolio construction or optimization methods for structured solutions.
- • Devise relative value and alternative structure comparisons to verify recommendations.
- • Design ESG- or climate-linked structures and assess green product features when relevant.
- • Advise clients on hedging carbon or climate exposures via structured payoffs when relevant.
