Description
Advise, design, and implement enterprise content management (ECM) strategies and solutions that enable organizations to capture, govern, integrate, retrieve, share, and retire electronic records and content across cloud and on-premises platforms, ensuring compliance, security, and user adoption.
  • • Monitor and interpret regulatory changes to align ECM solutions with records, privacy, and eDiscovery requirements.
  • • Create and lead test strategies, including UAT and pilot plans, for new or upgraded ECM platforms.
  • • Assess existing repositories and data sources to inventory content and identify migration and cleanup needs.
  • • Plan and oversee content migration, retrieval, and distribution processes with proper chain of custody.
  • • Develop roadmaps and recommendations to enhance ECM capabilities, usability, and ROI.
  • • Produce enablement assets, run training, and deliver change management materials for end users and admins.
  • • Design security models, retention schedules, and access controls to protect content throughout its lifecycle.
  • • Recommend and configure capture solutions, including scanning, OCR, and intelligent document processing.
  • • Author solution designs, functional specifications, and integration mappings.
  • • Establish governance, metadata standards, and operating procedures for ECM programs.
  • • Facilitate workshops and resolve user access, search, and usability issues.
  • • Lead stakeholder interviews and needs assessments to define ECM requirements and success criteria.
  • • Design information architecture, taxonomies, and metadata models to improve capture and findability.
  • • Support vendor evaluations, RFPs, and platform selection; lead deployments and cutovers.
  • • Advise on information governance policies to enable efficient, legal, and secure content access.
  • • Define KPIs, analyze usage and performance metrics, and recommend optimizations.
  • • Coordinate setup of capture pipelines and oversee ingestion quality and exceptions.
  • • Design and audit access models, roles, and versioning strategies to safeguard master content.
  • • Architect and configure workflows, automation, and integrations with enterprise systems.
  • • Develop classification rules and AI-assisted tagging aligned to security, function, and metadata.
  • • Configure ECM features, including user interfaces, permissions, retention, and workflow configurations.
  • • Stay current on ECM platforms and trends; share insights and best practices with clients.
  • • Oversee controlled updates to regulated documents and coordinate approvals with legal and compliance teams.
