  • • Review drafts and staging pages for errors, accessibility, and responsive issues; correct as needed.
  • • Use CMS and publishing tools to design, lay out, and release digital content.
  • • Preview layouts across devices and browsers and refine based on feedback.
  • • Configure typography, grids, and spacing via templates and stylesheets.
  • • Manage assets and versions in DAM/cloud repositories with clear naming.
  • • Arrange text, images, and multimedia to create engaging pages and screens.
  • • Import and prepare digital assets from design files, cameras, and external sources.
  • • Edit and optimize images and graphics for speed and quality.
  • • Embed and format video, audio, animations, and interactive elements.
  • • Build sample layouts, wireframes, or prototypes for approval.
  • • Interpret creative briefs, brand guidelines, and UX/SEO requirements to plan work.
  • • Upload, tag, and categorize content in the CMS; set metadata, alt text, and captions.
  • • Convert and package content for HTML, PDF, EPUB, and other digital formats.
  • • Apply SEO best practices and structured data to improve discoverability.
  • • Ensure color accuracy, contrast ratios, and accessibility compliance (e.g., WCAG).
  • • Schedule and publish content across sites, apps, and newsletters.
  • • Collaborate with writers, editors, designers, marketers, and developers.
  • • Monitor analytics, fix issues, and iterate to improve performance.
