Description
Design and develop packaging for consumer and industrial products, combining structural and graphic design with research on materials, branding, sustainability, regulations, and manufacturing to deliver protective, cost-effective, and visually compelling solutions for retail and e-commerce.
- • Create sketches, dielines, 3D models, and renderings using CAD and design software.
- • Direct and coordinate prototype builds and sample-making; produce specifications, BOMs, and drawings.
- • Refine packaging based on testing, line trials, stakeholder feedback, and cost or material changes.
- • Align structural systems and visual identities across product lines and brand guidelines.
- • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, operations, and suppliers to define packaging requirements.

- • Create and maintain packaging standards and ensure regulatory compliance and labeling.
- • Participate in new product planning, timelines, and packaging sourcing.
- • Advise on brand packaging strategy, sustainability goals, and supplier selection.
