Manage the company’s environmental, social, and governance program, coordinating with leadership, investors, customers, and employees to advance performance and compliance. Implement policies, metrics, and reporting that integrate ESG into strategy and operations.
- • Conduct ESG materiality assessments and maintain the enterprise ESG roadmap.
- • Establish ESG policies, controls, and KPIs aligned with corporate strategy.
- • Collect, validate, and analyze ESG data across business units and sites.
- • Prepare ESG disclosures and reports for investors, regulators, and the public.
- • Coordinate external assurance or internal audits of ESG data and processes.
