Description
Host live and recorded radio shows, curate and play music, deliver scripted and ad-lib content such as station IDs, promos, and ads, and engage listeners on-air and online. Operate studio and automation equipment, provide brief updates, and interview guests as needed.
- • Curate playlists to fit the show format, audience tastes, and requests.
- • Cue, mix, and transition between songs, commercials, imaging, and promos.
- • Announce song titles, artists, station identification, and show segments.
- • Prepare and deliver brief news, weather, traffic, and community updates.
- • Write, voice, and record commercials, promos, liners, and public service announcements.
- • Research artists, music trends, and local events to create engaging content.
