Description
Locate, secure, and recover collateral for delinquent accounts on behalf of lenders using lawful self-help practices. Verify assignments and documentation, conduct skip tracing and field surveillance, safely recover and transport vehicles or other assets without breach of peace, and document condition while inventorying personal property. Coordinate voluntary surrenders, arrange storage and releases, and maintain accurate records and client updates.
