Description
Assist hotel guests by handling luggage, greeting and escorting arrivals, delivering items, arranging transportation, and maintaining lobby areas to ensure smooth arrivals, departures, and guest support.
- • Greet guests and assist with luggage at curbside and in the lobby.
- • Transfer baggage to and from rooms, vehicles, and storage using carts.
- • Tag, store, and retrieve luggage; issue and check claim tickets.
- • Escort guests to rooms and explain basic room features and amenities.
- • Provide directions, hotel information, and local recommendations.
