Assist hotel guests by handling luggage, greeting and escorting arrivals, delivering items, arranging transportation, and maintaining lobby areas to ensure smooth arrivals, departures, and guest support.
  • • Greet guests and assist with luggage at curbside and in the lobby.
  • • Transfer baggage to and from rooms, vehicles, and storage using carts.
  • • Tag, store, and retrieve luggage; issue and check claim tickets.
  • • Escort guests to rooms and explain basic room features and amenities.
  • • Provide directions, hotel information, and local recommendations.
  • • Arrange transportation and help load or unload vehicles.
  • • Deliver packages, amenities, and room service orders.
  • • Pick up and return items for laundry and valet service.
  • • Assist guests with disabilities or special needs.
  • • Maintain clean, orderly lobbies, entrances, and bell stands.
  • • Coordinate luggage pulls and departures with the front desk and concierge.
  • • Arrange and document shipments of baggage and parcels.
  • • Record services rendered and update logs or charge slips as needed.
  • • Page or locate guests in public areas.
  • • Monitor entrances and report safety or security concerns.
  • • Set up meeting rooms, displays, or event equipment as directed.
