Description
Install, set up, operate, calibrate, and maintain test equipment, instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and simulators used to evaluate components and systems. Record, analyze, and report test data, supporting engineers with procedures, troubleshooting, and verification.
- • Inspect, operate, and maintain test setups and equipment; diagnose malfunctions.
- • Record, interpret, and report test data for parts, assemblies, and systems.
- • Collaborate with engineers on test plans, procedures, and results.
- • Adjust, repair, or replace faulty instruments, sensors, and fixtures.
- • Identify required data and parameters from procedures; configure acquisition systems accordingly.
- • Build and maintain test fixtures, rigs, and lab setups per specifications.

- • Execute functional and environmental tests under simulated operating conditions; perform pre- and post-test checkouts.
