Advise organizations on treasury strategy, liquidity, cash management, risk, banking, and controls; design and implement policies, systems, and structures to optimize cash flow, funding, and financial risk while ensuring compliance.
- • Assess treasury operations, policies, and controls; identify gaps and improvements.
- • Develop liquidity strategies and rolling cash flow forecasts.
- • Design short-term investment policies for surplus cash.
- • Advise on capital structure, credit facilities, and debt issuance.
- • Optimize bank account structures, cash pooling, and intercompany funding.
